The ALPCA Heartland Region proudly invites you to our 20th Annual Regional Meet in the Mercantile Room of the Atchison Heritage Conference Center, 910 South 9th Street (Same location as 2005 and 2009), Atchison, Kansas, from 8:00 a.m. to approx. 3:00 p.m. Atchison is located a short drive southwest of St. Joseph MO on US 59, north of the Kansas City metro on US 73, or northeast of Lawrence on US 59. Awards for First and Second place displays, Favorite Plate, and Longest Distance Traveled. Souvenir plates will be available for purchase. ALPCA Texas Region Fall Meet at the VFW Hall located at 3302 Airport Road in Temple, Texas; Meet starts at 7:00 AM. Temple is on I-35 between Waco and Austin. Admission $4.00. Members who bring a close relative (spouse, child, etc) still only pay $4.00. Tables $4.00 if reserved in advance, $5.00 at the door. Advance reservations needed by October 10. Cancellations of advance registrations must be received by the same date if a refund is desired. Lunch provided, donation auction afterward. Awards for Best of Show and Runner Up, both for regular and single plate displays. Also awards for Long Distance and Newest Member. Early arrivals meet at the VFW parking lot Saturday afternoon (Oct 12). A flyer will be mailed to all ALPCA Texas Region members (now includes TX and OK). Motels along I-35 in Temple.
